SINGAPORE (March 22): Singapore Exchange announced Wednesday that SGX-listed companies will soon be able to use electronic communication to transmit annual reports and other documents to shareholders.

SGX says it will amend the Listing Rules pertaining to e-communication of shareholder documents from March 31.

This follows feedback to the SGX public consultation on relevant amendments to the Mainboard and Catalist Listing Rules.
