SINGAPORE (April 5): Here are some stocks that could move the market this Wednesday morning.

Fischer Tech says it has received a non-binding expression of interest from a third party relating to a possible transaction involving the shares of the company. The company has been informed by certain shareholders that they have agreed to enter into exclusive discussions with the third party. The company warns shareholders there is no guarantee the talks will result in a transaction. Shares of Fischer Tech closed 22 cents higher at $2.30 on Tuesday.
