SINGAPORE (Mar 28): BM Mobility on Wednesday announced the establishment of its new company, BMM Solutions, which was formed to develop and sell software solutions to optimise the management and deployment of electric rental vehicles.

BMM Solutions is 54%-owned by Estar Investments, a subsidiary of BM Mobility.

The remaining 30% and 16% stakes in BMM Solutions are held by Chinese investors Jiao Jun and Xin Yan, respectively.
