SINGAPORE (May 3): Construction group and property developer Tiong Seng Holdings has won a $49.9 million contract from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to construct a new primary school at Punggol Way.

Construction of the school compound is expected to begin this month.

“This new contract win with MOE is an indication that we are gathering momentum in the local market as we leverage on our broad spectrum of construction capabilities,” says Pek Lian Guan, CEO of Tiong Seng.
