SINGAPORE (Feb 16): Pacific Star Development closed 13.2% higher from its pre-trading price of 26.5 cents on its first day of listing.

The stock opened at 33 cents on Thursday morning and fell to 30.5 cents before 11am.

At 5.04pm, the stock closed at 30 cents with a volume of 1.1 million shares.
