At the same time, Marilyn Tay, one of AcroMeta's top 20 shareholders, became a substantial shareholder after she bought 7 million shares for $700,000.

Levin Lee Keng Weng, AcroMeta’s former executive chairman, has disposed of 10 million shares via an off-market transaction.

The shares were sold on March 7 for $787,000 or 7.87 cents per share.

On the same day, Marilyn Tay Bee Choo became a substantial shareholder of the company after she bought 7 million shares for $700,000 or 10 cents per share.
