The REIT says that the y-o-y overall increase in gross revenue, property expenses and net property income is largely attributable to the acquisition of an incremental 15.1% interest in the Frankfurt facility in December 2024.
Digital Core REIT has reported a distribution per unit of 1.80 US cents (2.30 cents) for the 1HFY2025 ended June 30, no change from the same period a year ago.
The REIT reported a net property income of US$46.3 million ($59.15 million) for the 1HFY2025, up 52.2% y-o-y. Gross revenue for the period came in at US$88.9 million, up 84.2% y-o-y.
