Ascott Shenton Way Singapore is slated to be the brand’s second Ascott property within Singapore’s central business district after Ascott Raffles Place Singapore, a 146-unit luxury serviced residence that opened in 2008.
New Vision Holding and The Ascott broke ground on Ascott Shenton Way Singapore at 15 Enggor Street on Jan 26. The 29-storey mixed-use development is expected to be completed in 4Q2029.
This marks the maiden collaboration between local owner-developer New Vision and hospitality operator Ascott, the wholly owned lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment.
