Announcing the TOP on July 6, Lendlease, which manages the asset, says other notable tenants at Shaw Tower include global fintech company Adyen, healthcare company Sanofi, oncology company BeOne Medicines and co-working space operator Industrious, formerly known as The Great Room.
Allianz will return as the anchor tenant at the redeveloped Shaw Tower, which has secured its temporary occupation permit (TOP), marking the completion of Singapore’s only Grade-A commercial development in 2026.
The global insurer and asset manager will occupy about 78,000 sq ft, or close to 18% of total lettable office space at the 33-storey tower at 100 Beach Road. Allianz will be relocating from CapitaSky, where it currently occupies about 88,000 sq ft of office space.
