Industrious will open its 20,714 sq ft Keppel South Central location in July, followed by a 36,570 sq ft space at Shaw Tower in November.
CBRE’s flexible workplace operator Industrious is set to expand its footprint across the Asia-Pacific (Apac) region by 50% over the next 12 months, with flagship openings expected across Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney.
Formerly known as The Great Room by Industrious, the co-working company’s portfolio across Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney will operate under the Industrious name from July 1. The move comes four years after Industrious acquired homegrown firm The Great Room in May 2022.
