Singapore-founded furniture design brand Castlery is now a certified B Corporation, becoming the first Asian furniture design brand to achieve the global standard for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Administered by non-profit organisation B Lab, the B Corp certification recognises companies that meet rigorous standards across five key impact areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers. The framework evaluates businesses on a wide spectrum of criteria — from climate action to human rights — through a process independently audited and verified.

Castlery joins over 10,000 B Corps across 103 countries and 160 industries. There are currently 104 B Corps included under the furniture industry on B Lab’s website. With 487 full-time employees, Castlery is the largest retail B Corp headquartered in Singapore by employee count, and ranks in the top 10% by size among B Corps headquartered in Asia.
