NoonTalk is looking to seek its shareholders’ approval for the adoption of a share purchase mandate of up to 10% of the company’s issued and paid-up shares at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

The EGM will be held on Oct 23 at 11am.

According to the company, the mandate will give it “greater flexibility” in managing its capital and maximising returns to its shareholders.
