On its intention for the transfer, the company, on Oct 26, 2020, said that it was for the purposes of promoting its corporate profile and creating greater visibility in the capital markets.
Aspen Group says it will transfer to the SGX Mainboard from the Catalist board on Jan 28.
Trading of the company’s shares will commence at 9am on the same day.
