IHH, on Feb 19, announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Northern TK Venture (NTK), has filed a petition to the Tokyo District Court on Feb 12 to amend its claim against Daiichi Sankyo.

The amendment takes into the consideration the completion of IHH’s open offers for Fortis Healthcare and Fortis Malar Hospitals were completed on Nov 10, 2025.

NTK had originally sought INR109.3 billion (RM5.7 billion or $1.5 billion) for losses arising from NTK’s tortious claim against Daiichi Sankyo.
