Keppel Corporation (SGX:BN4) has disposed of 42 million shares in Seatrium (SGX:S51) at 12.3 cents apiece. The amount netted Keppel $5.17 million when the group sold its shares on June 5.

The 42 million shares amounted to a 0.06% stake in Seatrium based on 68.24 billion shares issued in the company.

Seatrium was recently included as a constituent of the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) on June 1, putting Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) in the reserve list.
