has disposed of 42 million shares in Seatrium at 12.3 cents apiece. The amount netted Keppel $5.17 million when the group sold its shares on June 5.

The 42 million shares amounted to a 0.06% stake in Seatrium based on 68.24 billion shares issued in the company.

Seatrium was recently included as a constituent of the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) on June 1, putting Keppel DC REIT AJBU

in the reserve list.

After the disposal, Keppel is said to have an interest in 3.37% of shares in Seatrium.

Shares in Seatrium closed flat at 12.3 cents on June 8.
