The board of directors of Koh Brothers Group K75 has announced the appointment of group CEO Francis Koh as chairman of the board of directors and the executive committee with effect from Jan 1, 2024.
Koh will remain as group CEO, and will be joined in the executive committee by Koh Teak Huat and Koh Keng Hiong.
Shares in Koh Brothers closed unchanged at 12.7 cents on Dec 29.
