LHN Logistics will be delisted after the offer made by Milkyway Chemical closed at 5.30pm on Sept 27.

As at the close of its offer, shareholders holding 99.14% of the shares in LHN Logistics gave their assent to the offer made by Milkyway Chemical.

Milkyway Chemical made a general offer for LHN Logistics at 22.66 cents each on June 4, which is 13.3% higher than the latter’s initial public offering (IPO) price of 20 cents in April 2022.

The offer was subject to two conditions, which were given on July 31 and Aug 1.

Shares in LHN Logistics last traded at 22.5 cents.
