Santak Holding’s non-executive chairman independent director Lee Keen Whye to retire

Santak Holdings Limited’s Lee Keen Whye has retired from his position as non-executive chairman and independent director, with effect from Oct 30. 

Prior to his resignation, Lee also served as chairman of the group’s audit committee, remuneration committee and sustainability committee.
