On Oct 2, 2020, six of EHT’s former and current directors and officers were arrested on suspicion of a breach in disclosure requirements.
Three independent directors have resigned from the board of Eagle Hospitality Trust, according to announcements put up by DBS Trustee on Jan 7.
The three directors are Tarun Kataria, Lau Chun Wah @ Davy Lau and Tan Wee Peng Kelvin, who were arrested previously and are currently released on bail.
