Global Resource Construction (SGX:S3N) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CES-Precast Pte Ltd, has been awarded a contract valued at approximately S$35 million from Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd.

The contract was mainly related to the supply and delivery of precast concrete components for building works located at Berlayar Street, Singapore.

The supply period is expected to be around 24 months, with deliveries scheduled to commence in December.

Global Resource Construction expects the supply contract to have no material impact to its net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026.

Shares of Global Resource Construction closed 0.3 cents lower, or 2.38% down at 12.3 cents on June 18.
