Construction and civil engineering company Tiong Seng Holdings has announced that the company expects a net loss for its upcoming 1H20 results, which will be announced on Aug 14.

In an August 7 filing, the company’s board said the imposition of the “circuit breaker” in Singapore and the Movement Control Order in Malaysia has resulted in cessation of work done on construction sites and plants for its existing projects, as well as the closure of the group’s property development show flat.

Therefore, this has significantly affected the group’s revenue.
