The projects are scheduled to be completed between 2027 and 2028.
King Wan Corporation has secured new mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracts worth $43.7 million during the period between October 2024 to December 2024.
The group will conduct sanitary, plumbing and gas installation works for the 552-unit Pine Grove and the 477-unit Lentor Central condominium developments. It will also supply and install air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works for the proposed civic & community institution development at Upper Bukit Timah Road/Pei Wah Avenue as well as the proposed single user industrial development at Jurong Port Road.
