The projects are scheduled to be completed between 2026 and 2028.
King Wan Corporation has secured mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracts worth $36.5 million during July to September.
These works include the plumbing, sanitary and gas installation works for the proposed mixed-use development at Beach Road; sanitary, plumbing and gas installation works for the proposed public housing development at Fernvale Crescent Southbound; sanitary, plumbing and gas installation works for the proposed executive condominium development at Jalan Loyang Besar; and mechanical and electrical system supply and installation works to school multi-purpose halls in West, IFM and Southwest zones.
