The board and nominating committee of the company says that they are reviewing the board’s composition and searching for suitable candidates to be appointed to the board as chairman, and CEO of the company.
The chairman and CEO of Asia-Pacific Strategic Investments (SGX:5RA
) , Dr Choo Yeow Ming, has resigned with effect May 16 due to health reasons.
Choo is 71, and became CEO of the company in mid 2006. He was responsible for the overall operations, management, strategic planning and business development of the group.
