Bespoke wealth manager Paragon Capital Management Singapore (PCMS) has appointed Carinn Neo as the firm’s managing director and lead portfolio manager.
Neo was previously Credit Suisse Private Bank’s co-head of fixed income solutions.
The move will serve to broaden the expertise of the PCMS’ team and reaffirm its commitment to meeting the needs of its clients and investors.
Carinn brings to PCMS a 24-year track record in managing various fixed income products including credit, interest rates and derivatives structures, as well as global and emerging market bonds and loans, and discretionary fixed income mandates.
At PCMS, she will be responsible for the management of the Paragon Income Fund.

Prior to joining PCMS, Neo spent more than 12 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank Singapore, first as head of fixed income advisory, and then as co-head, fixed income solutions for the Asia Pacific region.
In her earlier career years, Neo was also part of Bear Stearns’ (currently known as JP Morgan) fixed income team, a fund manager with DBS Asset Management and fixed income credit analyst at OUB Asset Management.
