Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) has queried A-Sonic Aerospace on its trading activity after the company’s share price climbed to 64 cents, up 10.5 cents or 19.6% higher from last close of 53.5 cents on March 16.

SGX RegCo, via a filing on SGX at 1.25pm, asked Hong Lai Huat if it had any information that could have led to the unusual price movements, and asked the company to confirm its compliance with Mainboard rule 703.
As at 1.33pm, shares in Hong Lai Huat are trading up 8.5 cents or 15.9% higher at 62 cents.
