Indonesian citizens as well as Singapore citizens and residents are eligible to apply under the RGL or TCA.

Singapore and Indonesia will be establishing a Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) between both countries to enable cross-border travel for essential businesses and official purposes.

The announcement came via the Ministries of Foreign Affairs from both countries on Oct 12.
