Belmond, a global leader in luxury travel, has teamed up with Singapore’s Mandala Club to host an exceptional culinary residency in early 2025. Running from Jan 14 to Feb 15, 2025, the event, titled MANDALA CLUB x BELMOND: A Taste of Italy, will showcase the artistry of renowned chefs from four of Belmond’s most iconic Italian properties.
This residency will celebrate the Italian tradition of Villeggiatura, embracing the joy of leisurely summers through exquisite dining experiences. The chefs will bring authentic regional flavours from Venice, Tuscany, Campania, and Sicily, offering an epicurean journey that spans the length of Italy.
