The facility is expected to reopen in the first quarter of 2024.

This marks a 350% turnaround from a net loss of RM11.8 million registered in FY2021.

The group’s unaudited results for the FY2022, which ends on Dec 30, 2022, will be released by March 1.

Shares in Sim Leisure closed flat at 26 cents on Dec 27.

Sim Leisure Group is a Malaysian theme park operator that debuted on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange on Mar 1, 2019.

The proposed subscription was made to increase the resources available to Sim Leisure for its operational needs.
