The causeway connecting Johor and Singapore sees more than 350,000 travellers daily

In 2008, the ICJ ruled that Singapore had sovereignty over the island called Batu Puteh in Malaysia and Pedra Branca in Singapore.

As many as 2,880 people a day will be allowed to travel in the initial phase of the reopening of the causeway.
