With the latest transaction, the Montreal-based fund manager sees its deemed interest in Raffles Medical Group fall from 110,549,122 shares to 110,218,022, or from 6.01% to 5.99%.
Global Alpha Capital Management has announced the disposal of 331,100 ordinary shares in Raffles Medical Group.
The shares were disposed of via market transaction on Feb 5 for $327,594.62 or around 99 cents per share.
