Wellness has become a catch-all term spanning gyms, spas, biohacking supplements and advanced technology. But within Raffles Medical Group (RMG), a structured, evidence-led shift is emerging.

Earlier this year, Mainboard-listed RMG launched the Raffles HealthyLongevity Centre and R17, two distinct yet interconnected platforms signalling how one of Singapore’s largest private healthcare providers is rethinking care. Rather than focusing solely on treating disease, the initiative centres on helping individuals live not just longer but better.
